Our Staff

At Orchard House, we are incredibly proud of our staff. They are the heart of our school, bringing expertise, energy and care to every aspect of daily life.

We recruit only the very best teachers and support staff, and are committed to their ongoing training and development so they continue to grow and inspire. Many of our teachers are subject specialists, enabling us to offer a rich curriculum where pupils can explore their interests in depth.

Our excellent pupil–teacher ratio means children benefit from small class sizes and individual attention. Teachers have dedicated time for planning and reflection, ensuring lessons are carefully tailored to each child. If a teacher is absent, pupils are taught by another member of our staff who already knows them, we never use supply teachers.

Behind the scenes, our support staff ensure the school runs smoothly, allowing our teachers to focus on what matters most: inspiring, supporting and stretching every child to achieve their full potential.

Together, our team embodies the values of excellence, honesty and kindness, ensuring Orchard House remains a place where children are safe, happy and inspired to succeed.
